ORDERS & SHIPPING


When will my order ship?

Our products fall into three categories: In Stock, Pre-Order, & Ships From Vendor, and each item's type is listed on its product page. Estimated delivery dates for each product are displayed on individual product pages, on the checkout page prior to placing an order, and also in the order confirmation email you’ll receive immediately after placing an order.

In Stock items in orders placed before 11 am PST, Monday–Friday will typically ship that same day (thanks to our kickass warehouse team). Orders placed after 11 am PST Monday–Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 11 am PST on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship the following Monday.

  • Please note that in November and December orders may take a little longer (up to 3 business days) to ship out. Thanks for your patience!

Pre-Order items can take up to two weeks to ship, depending on the product. We provide a delivery estimate on the product page.

  • If your order contains a mix of In Stock and Pre-order items, the entire order will not ship until all of the Pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse. If you need something more immediately, please contact our team by emailing support@jimiusa.com

Ships From Vendor items always ship separately, regardless of any other items in the order.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping for orders, so please plan accordingly.
